Family mindfulness walk


A gentle walk led by Thanh Uong (Two Mindful Bees) where families will slow down, have fun and connect with breath, body and nature.   

The mindfulness walk lasts for 30 – 60 minutes with the length depending on participants on the day. There are slopes, some rough ground and the walk may go through the woodland.

Being in nature, good company and gentle exercise all help to relieve stress and support wellbeing.

The walks are for adults and families. Any age welcome, including children in buggies. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The walks are free. Please register in advance here.

Please wear well fitting shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.
