The Homestead Café
The Homestead Café is located in the Homestead courtyard. It serves home baked pastries, pizza, hot and cold drinks, craft beer and ice cream as takeaway.
In warmer months, the Homestead Cafe kiosk in the playground has hot drinks, refreshments, pastries and ice cream on sale
The Mansion Café & Bar
The Mansion Bar and Café offers delicious food and drink from local and sustainable suppliers. With cosy indoor seating in the Garden Room and an outdoor beer garden bathed in sunshine in the summer, it is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of the park all year round.
Eddie’s Dog Shop
Eddie’s Dog Shop & Grooming Parlour offer a wide variety of products for your dog, including treats, food, toys, poop bags, leads & collars. They also offer Dog Grooming in the salon above the shop.
Field Studies Council
Field Studies Council work together with London Borough of Lewisham to deliver education services in Beckenham Place Park. The Homestead Education Centre, with two classrooms is in the 18th Century stable block and has easy access to sites across the Park.
Nor
Nor offers visitors a range of sustainable and high quality products, whilst supporting independent small businesses. Expect traditional and premium product ranges with a modern twist. All underpinned by sustainability with ethically sourced products, many incorporating recycled, repurposed elements.
Beckenham Place Mansion
This elegant Grade II* Georgian Mansion offers a picturesque, historic venue for weddings, private events and artist studios, alongside a programme of arts, cultural and community activities.
PTP Coaching
PTP Coaching provide a number of services on the Beckenham Place Park Lake, including wild swimming, SUP and other craft.
Using a team of highly qualified staff, PTP Coaching can offer a range of instructor-led or self-service sessions. They also accept a range of group bookings from parties, uniformed groups and schools. Staff are all DBS checked and able to tailor sessions to the group’s needs including those with additional needs or EHCPs.
Facilities
Toilets are located in the Homestead Courtyard. Opening times mirror those of the café. There is a baby changing table in both the Male and Female toilets, and a separate unisex cubicle for visitors with disabilities.
The Mansion toilets are open during Mansion events.

The Mansion Café & Bar is located in the basement of the Mansion, where you can find dine-in brunch and evening sharing boards, pastries, coffees, draught beer and ice-creams. This offering is complemented by food trucks at regular events and markets.
Park Etiquette
We rely on all visitors to be responsible and considerate park users.
Please observe these rules:
Dogs are not allowed in the lake or playgrounds.
Cycling is permitted on the paths but please give way to pedestrians and cycle considerately
No portable BBQ or fires permitted. There is a dedicated BBQ area next to the lake. Please check this page as there may be restrictions during dry spells.

If having a small gathering, please leave the location as you found it and take your rubbish home where possible.
