This number can be used at any time from when the event starts being erected until it has been dismantled, but is primarily for use on event days. as noise disturbance is unlikely at any other time.

Reporting noise during the event

The best contact during the event is the event organisers’ resident hotline 01749 574014. This number will be manned constantly during event times.

Complaints

Please contact the event organiser on the number and email given above when the need arises. If a resident feels that their contact on the day of the event was not dealt with appropriately they can make a noise complaint by emailing asb.statnuisance@lewisham.gov.uk

Lewisham residents can also report online via Lewisham Council’s website to report Lewisham Council - Issues with noise. This online facility is not available to non-Lewisham residents but they can email the noise nuisance team on the email above.
