The Beckenham Place Park junior parkrun launched on 23rd January 2022 .

Junior parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 2km walk, jog or run event for 4 to 14 year olds, and their adults, at 9am every Sunday. The aim is for children and families to have fun, enjoy the fresh air and feel good.

All parkrun events are run entirely by volunteers and there is the opportunity to get involved in that side of things too. The parkrun community is a sociable bunch, and there is often a post-run trip to one of the park cafés for a chat!
